Come and enjoy the traditional Kerala hospitality and stay at ‘George’s Blessed Home ` situated in the heart of the city of Kochi BUT in a pollution free residential area close to ‘ MANGALAVANAM ` the green lung of Kochi city(The queen of arabian sea). Ours is a double storied 4 bedroom fully furnished independent house enclosed by a strong compound wall which is approved by the Ernakulam district tourist promotion council.

The house is conveniently located with easy access to all important tourist locations, shopping centres, hospitals, etc. as follows:

500 metres from Kerala high court and Mangalavanam- the migratory bird sanctuary.
300 metres from Ernakulam north [town] railway station.
500 metres from boat jetty(Lake Vembanad)-where budget boats ply to various tourist locations like Bolghatty palace, Wellington island, Fortkochi, Mattancherry, Vypeen. …Also houseboats may be rented for cruises to Kumarakom, Alleppey, and other exotic backwater tourist spots.
2 km to Transport bus stand, 20 km to Kochi International Airport
Hillpalace museum –12 km, Kumbalanghi-15 km.
Cherai beach-8 km

Interior

On the ground floor there is a drawing/dining room, a modern kitchen with all amenities and a non air-conditioned bedroom with attached bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bath-attached bedrooms, 2 of which are air-conditioned.

A dormitory with an attached bathroom is also available. Geysers are present in two of the bathrooms and bathtub in one. The house is also blessed with dual water supply.

Other services

A well trained English speaking caretaker/cook can provide you with excellent Kerala cuisine, North Indian, Continental and Chinese delicacies.Cookery classes can be arranged on demand .Self cooking is also allowed.

A cable T.V, computer with 24 hours broadband Internet, telephone, newspapers…are available for entertainment.

Laundry services also available.
Pick-up from airport, railway station and return may also be arranged on prior intimation.


Introduction to various Government tourism offices, arrangements for travel, accommodation, and sightseeing in various tourist centers in Kerala may be arranged. Home stay in Trivandrum is also available.
